introduction
I’m a small town lawyer. I’ve been practicing law for over 30 years. During that time my experience has ranged from real estate matters, representation of abuse victims, bankruptcy cases, auto accidents and divorces. I can’t say I’ve never lost a case but I can say I always keep trying for my clients.
I know what it’s like to be hurt, injured or face disabilities. I am a disabled American myself.
My office is in the Carlsborg area of Sequim. Carlsborg is a little bit of heaven populated by cows, horses, chickens and the friendliest people around.

- The Divorce Process: In Washington there is a minimum of 90 days between the filing of a divorce and the entry of final papers ending the marriage.
Domestic Violence: Domestic violence is the willful intimidation, physical assault, battery, sexual assault, and/or other abusive behavior perpetrated by an intimate partner against another.
Criminal Cases: There is nothing more scary than being accused of a crime. Most of my clients who are involved in criminal cases aren’t real criminals. They are ordinary people who because of some unusual circumstance find themselves in from of the criminal court.
