Please describe a case in the last year or two where you made a big difference.
Since 2010, I have successfully handled more than 150 arbitration securities claims. Several cases have brought clients hundreds of thousands of dollars.
How did you build a successful practice?
I handle each case personally. I make a habit of going to the client regardless of where they reside. I have traveled all over the country representing people. Many have lost money due to mismanaged investments. Over 95% of my clients get a money result in their cases.
What should clients look for in a lawyer?
This is an age of specialization. Clients should investigate the results of their lawyer before hiring him/her and ask the hard questions about his/her results and experience.
How important is local knowledge to the success of your cases?
For an Alabama case, it is usually best to hire an Alabama lawyer. He/she knows the law of the state and hits the ground running. It is possible for an experienced lawyer to catch up to speed, but they must be experienced in the type case for which they are hired.

In a free phone consultation, I can investigate the potential, applicable law and procedures for each client at the beginning. I also give the client the chances of the case's success, before they hire me.

I am a family man and church-goer. I love to go to the lake and occasionally play golf.
Are you involved in your community?
I wish I could, but with a busy practice, I prefer to spend as much time as possible for my clients' cases. I am often reading documents and files during my time off.
