Mr. Boedefeld received his undergraduate degree from Lindenwood University with an English major and Political Science minor. He received his law degree from the University of Missouri - Kansas City School of Law.

Mr. Boedefeld currently resides in St. Charles County with his wife, Stacy, who handles his client billing. He has three daughters (Lauren, Natalie, Lillian) and a son (Nicholas). Mr. Boedefeld enjoys playing golf, snow skiing, screen-play writing and spending time with his family in his spare time.
He is a member of the Missouri Bar, the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis and the St. Charles County Bar Association. In addition, Mr. Boedefeld is a Missouri Notary Public. Mr. Boedefeld is an active member of Sigma Chi Fraternity - Eta Kappa chapter. Mr. Boedefeld is involved with the DeSmet Jesuit Alumni Association as the Class of 1990 Representative and is currently forming a new Business Network International chapter in St. Charles County, Missouri.
