About Donald
Donald K. Campbell was born in Crossett, Arkansas and moved to Little Rock in 1960 when the corner of West Markham and Rodney Parham was on the outer end of the city limits. Don has practiced law since 1984 and has litigated personal injury claims, admiralty cases, real estate issues, family law matters, fire loss cases and white collar criminal cases. He has had at least one family member actively practicing law in Arkansas since the 1880's.
Don believes the jury system has allowed our community and neighbors to use their common sense for over 200 years to determine what is fair compensation for injuries caused by someone's negligent acts. He believes special interest groups, like the "insurance cartel," should not be able to influence Legislators and Congressmen to pass laws to limit these inalienable constitutional rights that patriots of our country have died protecting. A person who was negligently injured should receive fair compensation for their injury even if a rich powerbroker or multi-billion dollar corporation negligently caused this injury.
