Ryan Peterson is a former debt collection attorney turned consumer rights expert and advocate. After graduating from William Mitchell law school in 2008, Ryan opened his own criminal defense firm. In 2010 Ryan joined a Minneapolis-based debt collection firm. There, he quickly learned the nuances of rights and regulations regarding consumers. As time went on, Ryan developed a deep desire to work for consumers - to protect individuals who are wrongly treated, often knowingly, by big business and banking institutions. As Ryan frequently says, he’s grateful to practice law in a way that aligns with his personal beliefs. Daniel practices exclusively in Social Security disability matters. He has represented thousands of clients over the past decade in Social Security disability claims. Daniel has represented individuals at all stages of the process from initial applications to the Appeals Council. His experience includes representing over two thousand claimants before Administrative Law Judges in 25 states across the country. Daniel received his undergraduate degree from Indiana University Bloomington and moved to Minnesota to attend Hamline University School of Law. During law school, Daniel represented hundreds of clients as a Certified Student Attorney. This experience allowed him to gain communication and advocacy skills at an early stage of his legal career. In 2021, Daniel co-founded MLG Disability with the goal of continuing to provide legal representation to those most in need of help, individuals struggling with disabilities. In his free time, Daniel enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife and two daughters. He is a member of the National Organization of Social Security Claimants’ Representatives.

Vincent P. Martin heads the Immigration Practice Group at Martin Law. As an immigrant himself, he has a personal appreciation for both the benefits of being a U.S. citizen, as well as, the legal process of acquiring lawful immigration status in the United States. Vincent represents employers, business personnel, and investors with work visas, families seeking to sponsor other family members for permanent resident green card status, students, asylees, and those facing deportation with all areas of immigration law. Vincent has helped countless clients with work visas, family visas, and deportation defense. Prior to forming Martin Law, Vincent was the lead immigration attorney at one of the top 50 largest law firms in Minnesota. Andrew C. Walker graduated Cum Laude from William Mitchell College of Law in 2011, and was admitted to practice law in Minnesota shortly thereafter. Walker, the founder, is his father, he has been involved with the firm since he was a child, doing things like assembling office furniture and filing papers.
