I had a home in Joplin Missouri on 6th Street it was a lease with option to purchase I warn you do not go through this company I now have a mortgage and a house I don't live in that I never owned and was never going to own I called them trying to get it off my credit for when I finally wanted to purchase a home and the woman Carla who is the wife of the owner hung up on me after I told her she was being rude I tried to work with them and now many people will have attorneys and already have attorneys that I will now be joining to file a massive lawsuit against I have never owned their home I still have the contract the original contract not there updated ones please do not rent from them do not buy a home from them they are Crooks they will do you dirty and it will remain on your credit score where you cannot buy a home for the rest of your life

These people will not work with you! They will charge you 3% for paying over the phone and if you are late they will add a $80 late fee and will take care of you to court and serve you like crazy the day after you are late! Stay FAR AWAY from them, they will rip you off and ruin your credit! Think twice before you look at their places!

Charging extremely high prices.

I did not have a good experience at all! Plan on losing with them. They are shiesty and money monsters.
