I have been looking for a company like AZTEC for a long time. I have been with Aztec for a little over a year now and absolutely love being part of Aztec! They are compassionate and caring to there members and staff. Aztec offers advanced to employees willing to go above and beyond for the members. Aztec provides training on site new working with Aztec! Other great thing about AZTEC Is everyday you learn something new everyday.

Aztec loves all of its members. We have some awesome veteran staff who have really made great connections with our members. Aztec has always made me feel like family and welcome. I'm so happy to be apart of this team. They deserve 5 stars because they are always looking and wanting feedback from others on how to make this company better so they can serve the ones we care for the best way possible.

Great company to work for, they will provide training. It is truly a wonderful learning experience working with the members! flexible schedules and great work ethics. Excellent place for personal development and so much room for overtime.

I have worked for many companies for the 16 yrs I've been in this field. Finding good employees is difficult, finding amazing employees is even harder, but this is happening EVERYWHERE. AZTEC shouldn't be showcased as a horrible company because of this. They have Direct Line Staff working 24/7, 365 days a year providing care in the homes, and becoming a stronger team each and everyday with the help of their Managers. Owners and employees working hand in hand at the office to make sure that everything behind the scenes can go as smoothly as possible. All of this is to make sure the needs of their members are being met, and I'm proud to say that I am one of them. I have not worked at AZTEC for as long as my coworkers, but I know I have found the place I want to continue, and grow my career. My coworkers are amazing individual's, who share the same dream I do, to make each person we care for live the most independent, fulfilling life they can possibly live.

I have been working here for the last 33 years. As with every company there are areas of strength and areas needing improvement. This type of work is NOT for everybody and over the years many people have come and gone, which is very common in human services type of work. AZTEC is my second family and I have personally been involved with many success stories over the years. Sure, there are issues, but where is there not issues? The good people here FAR outweigh the negatives.
