UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!! I have an urgent complication i need to be seen ASAP for but there's no openings at the Butler office so they schedule me here. Cool. They called me three times for whatever reason before the appointment and at no point did anyone think to inform me that they changed addresses despite mentioning that I have not yet been to this office. I go to the address on here just to find its now a dermatologists office and according to their receptionist I was not the only person to do this today. I finally get the right address but have complications getting there so I try to call them and I kept getting redirected to the Butler office. FINALLY get there 45 minutes late at this point to see my appointments canceled, the office is empty, receptionists not busy to the point where one is just sitting scrolling through articles to read on the computer, ABSOLUTELY no reason no one couldn't have answered the phone. WHAT A JOKE.

Just go somewhere else. I do like Dr.Curtin and delivering at Butler hospital, but my whole pregnancy was a bad experience at Advanced and PP care/ communication was non-existant. During pregnancy we had doctors rushing us always, messed up appointments, incorrect tests ordered, very rude/frazzled front desk who were endlessly telling us that a mistake had been made, tests filed with insurance incorrectly, etc. My husband wanted to switch doctors. I hate changing doctors because it's hard for me to go to appointments, so I resisted. Before one appointment, I could hear my doctor on the phone refusing to speak to a patient and literally yelling at someone. It was a bit scary. She got me out of her office as quickly as possible that day. It took me over a month to get meds for my constant sickness. I had to call them so many times. They never once called me when they said they would. I was almost in my 2nd trimester by the time i got pills which, of course, did help and would've been tremendously helpful during my first trimester. They always told me that my joint pain was normal, but since then, I've come to realize that it wasn't. I couldn't sit. I struggled to walk and sleep through most of my pregnancy! Today, I called because I'm having PP issues and a possible UTI isn't cheating up with antibiotics. I've never dealt with such a ridiculous, rude nurse in my life. I assume that she was a nurse since her response to my 15 month PP issue was just that I didn't go in for my PP check up over and over. I was being scolded about an appointment that nobody told me about, even when I went in to see (Ravasio again) at 6 weeks to check my incision. I scheduled a PP appointment but apparently there was another kind appointment that I was being scolded for never making. How is this an appropriate response to someone telling you that they are in pain? Her name was Linny or Liddy? I was trying to get into the cranberry office because to go to butler is around 3 hours total with travel time, and I need childcare. She tells me that I can't get into cranberry for a month. I tell her that, of course, I cannot wait that long (possible illness or something else strange going on(, and she says, "oh, do you think that you have an infection?" What!? That was my primary reason for calling. I had already discussed with 2 people that I was on antibiotics. She was still trying to schedule me (pain and potential infection) for this post partum routine visit that I missed a year ago! She was mean and ridiculous. I'm switching practices. I should have switched a long time ago.

I don't appreciate having to wait 45 minutes in the exam room for the doctor to see me when I have an appointment. Especially when the entire exam takes a total of only 3 minutes to do. At least the staff is nice. But I wouldn't recommend to a friend.

Dr Emily Curtin is the best! A real, down to earth person who doesn't make you feel stupid or trivial. I highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for a great Ob/Gyn. Her support staff is great as well, they are always polite and smiling!

I WILL.NEVER EVER GO TO SEE THESE DRS.AGAIN DR.ARNETT SEEMED NICE SAID I HAD B2 BUGS BV AND GARNARALLA BOTH ARE THE SAME THING SHE TREATED ME AND MEANWHILE I WAS ONLY THERE FOR A UTI AND THE STUFF SHE SAID I HAD WRONG WITH ME WERE NOT AT ALL CORRECT SO FOR MONTHS SHE TREATED ME EITH FLAGEL N METHERDADAIZOLEHAD INSIDE FOR MONTHS THIS WENT ON FOR MONTHS!!!! WENT TO ANOTHER DR SOMEWHERE ELSE IT WAS AC UTI WITH MAJOR SIDE EFFECTS FROM THE.MEDICATION SHE HAD ME ON I KNEW I JUST FELT SHE WASN'T A GOOD DR.HERE TO FINE OUT SHE WAS ONLY A MIDWIFE!!!! BUT SAYS SHES A GYNOCOLOGIST I WAS AT HER OFFICE SO MANY TIMES I DON'T EVEN WANT TO GO TO ANOTHER GYNO APPOINTMENT THEREIN THE BUTLER OFFICE THEN ONE IN NEW CASTLE AWFUL EXPERIENCE!!!! IF YOU GO IN THERE AND MAKE UP SOMETHING I BET THAT SHE WOULD GO OUT OF HER WAY JUST TO MAKE MONEY!!!! SHES NOT A GYNO DR.CYFER I HERE IS A REALLY GOOD DR.ALL THE GOOD DRS. ARE GONE NOW ALL THESE WEIRD ONES ARE THERE NEVER DO YOU SEE THERE CREDENTIALS NEVER ONCE DID YOU SEE WHERE IT SAYS DR.ARNEET IS A DR.HERE I DON'T EVEN KNOW IF SHES AT BUTLER BUT I KNOW SHE GOES TO CRANBERRY & NEW CASTLE!!!! SEE THESE DRS.DO MISHAPPS SCREW THINGS UP TRY TO BLAME YOU SND ITS THEM N THEN OH THEY ARE NO LONGER HERE AND THEN YOU FIND HER AT ANOTHER LOCATION PRACTICES GYNO WHERE DID YOU GET YOUR LICENCE FROM A CRACKER JACK BOXI MEAN REALLY!!!! DR.LYMKO WAS ALWAYS MY DR WHEN I HAD MY CHILD 34 YEARS SGO HES RETIRED BUT HE WAS GOOD EXCEPT HE DID UTINE NERVE SURGERY ON ME AND I DON'T THINK I HAVE EVER BUT RIGHT SINCE THEN!!!! BUT HE WAS PREVERTED!!!! ASKING.ME DO I KNOW WHERE MY GSPOT IS AND HAD THID BIG QTIP AND ASKING IF I WANTED THE MAGIC QTIP WHICH YEAH IF YOUR GOING TO BE DOING A BIOPSY FOR NO REASON CUTTING INSIDE A WOMEN VJJ THAT HURTS BUT HE WAS JUST PREVERTED AND THEY ARE SENT SOMEWHERE ELSE WHEN THEY SCREW UP ALOT IF THEM MALE DRS AND MAYBE THE FEMALE DRS.WAS BROUGHT UP ON CHARGES COZ KNOCKING WOMEN OUT THEN DOING STUFF TO THEM APPLEGATE ALOT OF THE OLDER WOMEN REMEMBER WHEN THIS HAPPENED I WOULDN'T NEVER GO BACK TO THIS PLACE NEVER EVER EVER!!!! TRUE DAT TRUE DAT EVERYTHING I JUST SAID!!!! WATCH YOURSELF LADIES MAKE SURE YOU SEE CREDENTIALS AND DON'T EXCEPT SO CALLED MID WIFE OR WHATEVER THEY CALL THEM NOW YOU JUST GET INTO TROUBLE THAT YOU A WOMEN DON'T NEED ESPECIALLY WHEN WE ARE ALREADY THERE NEEDING HELP!!!!
