Didn’t add text when I posted this so I will now. First I want to make it clear that my initial experience here with David Siegel was great, he was very helpful during a rough time and very professional, and I would highly recommend him personally. I cannot speak for the entire association, as my review is solely on my experience with Matthew Bole… who had helped finalize some stuff with my prior attorney from what I heard, and which is why I was lead to contact him in the first place. I had called in July and we made an agreement to arrange to work on an issue, he said he’d review the documents and write up an estimate on how much it would cost to do the work, and then he went no contact on me. I didn’t hear any response until the end of September after I had to reach out asking what was going on— and then his reply was that he could not help me anymore. When I responded asking why, it took at least a week or longer to get a short response, which gave me nothing else to go off of. When I asked what happened to our agreement he said it wasn’t with the money (whose money idk). After getting no real options via our emails and spending 2.5 months exchanging short sentences, I started to call the office so I could hopefully have one final discussion to give me an alternative direction to go. I called for 2 or 3 weeks in a row, each time he was unavailable, so I left messages, and still have yet to hear back. I understand if he was not able to help even if he thought he could at first… but I absolutely did not appreciate the ghosting and letting me just wait and wonder what to do. I am admittedly clueless on the issue I have and I was hoping for at least some direction or options. And time was a big factor in my problem which now after jumping through hoops to essentially be told to deal with it, I don’t think I even have any options left.

Rebecca Kuna and her assistant Carli Alvarez went directly to work on my issue and hit a home run. I immediately got a message from the vendor who owed me money, and the matter has been resolved with only one letter written. Fine work! Joe Lyden

I just wanted to post and say I have had the greatest experience with Karyn Coy, from Fiffik Law group. She just didn't give good advice, she was very empathetic and understood my plight as an employee. She was on my side every step of the way. Thank you for everything you have done for me.
