I was a senior executive with a small company which had a Fortune 50 company as a client for a number of years. Changes in management at the client resulted in retirement of the ‘old hands’ and the hiring of ‘new’ talent. The ‘new’ talent promptly embarked on a program to purloin our proprietary systems and personnel. As a result we were forced to initiate legal action against the client. Fred and Ken were our attorneys from filing of the complaint in Federal Court and through all of the subsequent hearings, depositions, negotiations, conferences, arbitration etc. Although we were a small firm we operated on a global basis and Fred and Ken were well up to the task of meeting the challenges posed by the defendant’s international law firms (three of the top global firms).
