I have a Workmen’s Comp. case that he said that he would make sure I got the most for all of the money I’ve missed and the retaliation from the job that I was on and he didn’t neither Job filed my injury 49 days late with the board and anything after 21 days the court cost, and the lawyer fees are supposed to come out of them, not taking from the money that I get, which wasn’t close to even pay my doctor bills. Lawyer office Mr. Johnson himself is lazy trying to take the easy way out only taking who can see her if you can’t move your whole body injuries and a waste of time. I was out of work for more than seven days. I should’ve been paid for the time that I had to miss because it took 49 days to get in touch with him. And then their doctor put me on light duty, which wasn’t something my employer could put me out on and they denied my Workmen’s Comp. claim but asked me to come up with some numbers to give to the company and maybe we could work something out like that. Appealed still hasn’t been resolved thanks to Mr. Johnson.
