It’s been close to 7 years now since I visited this man, and I STILL struggle with our interaction. I was having hearing issues so my doctor referred me to this pathetic excuse of a doctor. The audiologist at the time was amazing, but as soon as I met with Keyser to discuss the results, he was dismissive, rude, arrogant, and down right nasty towards me. He spoke to me like I was ignorant, became angry when I mentioned other symptoms because “it wasn’t on the referral and you’re not wasting my time”. I would never in a million years recommend this individual to handle anyone’s care. Again. It’s been 7 years, and I STILL think about how terrible he treated me. If you need to see an ENT I recommend going anywhere else but here.

Dr Keyser checked my progress. He answered my questions.and recommended I see my dentist. All and all I love going to see Dr. Kaiser.

I had a post operation visit with Dr. Keyser. He said everything looked good, and my ear drum never looked better. This was a long journey to a successful recovery, which took 2 surgeries and a few visitations. But my awesome Dr. fixed the problem.

Dr. Keyser is always very thorough. My family has never had a negative experience. We are happy to have a doctor who is so skilled on our side.

Love Dr. Keyser! He's so calm, professional and knowledgeable! I left with a feeling of confidence and relief?????
