Excellent practice! Very smart and knowledgeable. They cover the bases well and have some niche specialties. Very fair rates for their time consulting, etc. They think of pitfalls and things you may miss. You cannot meet a nicer group of people. I was referred by a friend and so appreciate it!

Great law firm

I went to this firm for help on negotiating a contract with a licensing agent for my invention. When I met with them they were very friendly as they showed me their plan for my product. I was offered things I did not feel that I needed. I went against my better judgment and ok'd some of the work. I did not receive anything for two months until I insisted that I get my negotiated contract from them. After I received it, I terminated my contract with them. A week later I got a bunch of paperwork that I had ordered before; some of it was very generic and didn't even have my name on it. I ended up paying around $3,500 for things that I most likely will never use.nIf you use this firm I would ask for a price everytime you talk to them. I got charged for phone conversations and emails.
