Good attorney. down to earth. fairly priced. personable. i recommend him because you will trust what he is trying to do for you. Im my case it 50/50, maybe odds less than that. we did great and won that battle. i hired him again for a private matter.
Simply one of the most unprofessional attorneys I've encountered. I retained him for my divorce, and he was literally bad mouthing me to my ex spouse. He said I smelled like pot to the opposition, which even if I did, it wasn't material to the case, and in no way put his client's best foot forward. He's a cut rate retainer for a reason. Pay the extra grand or two and get a real attorney.
