Where do I start? His office is in the attic of a house. His receptionist has a card table for a desk. Old computer equipment sitting in the hall way. I think Saul Goodman has a more presentable office. He lied to me several times and the hot head kicked me out of his office when I recommended that my parents seek a second opinion.
My experience is with Grey Pratt. I had the pleasure of meeting him through handling my great aunt's estate and his credentials were on her will. I was not the executor or even a beneficiary of her will but due to circumstances it was up to me to become the executor. Not an easy task when you aren't in the will. I called Grey Pratt and he went above and beyond in every part of the process. He knew time was of the essence and drove all over town and even to my family members homes to handle paperwork. He helped me through the sale of her home and immediately dealt with any hurdles that came up (which were many). He even hand delivered paperwork to the broker so the home could close on the scheduled day. That was 4 months ago. Because of his exemplary work I asked him to handle a couple other legal tasks that I needed handled. It was always last minute and he has always come through for me. If you are in need of an attorney I would highly recommend Grey Pratt. He is approachable, honest, fair, and has a moral compass. His service to the client is second to none!
Carl Hanchak is a very knowledgeable and caring attorney.
