horrible My attorney drafted a letter about a year ago (July 2018) * the dispute was resolved between myself and ex-wife shortly after *attorney suggested I sue for additional amount (I agreed) *probably about 8-10 phone calls billed to me over an 8-9 month timeframe (split between calls to me and opposing counsel). 1 or 2 of which was over 6 minutes *I phoned again in April to check on status (no return call or email) *I emailed a request to cancel her "representation" and be refunded the balance of my retainer *she replied curtly and the firm refunded me less than 1/4 of $1000.oo retainer wish i could leave no stars
