Never was able to actually contact Karl, I spoke with someone from the front desk, he was speaking sluggish, he was just unaware of anything! A big loud dog was barking in the background during our conversation, the new front desk guy was being rude and kept saying “not to be rude”!! I got the run around 3x.... I tell you this office had lost me! I would be glad to pay another firm to handle my situation! Definitely not dealing with this unprofessionalism at this office! Shame on u Karl!!! I will spread the word about the bad service!
