DO NOT waste your time and hard earned money here. I was referred to an attorney here who probably does good work but he was too busy to take my case. My attorney was a nice enough guy but that doesn't excuse the business as a whole. The shady business practices of this attorney group as a whole is sickening. They will nickel and dime you to absolute death. Overpromise, underperform, and overcharge is the name of the game at Rooney McBride & Smith. I would be ashamed to have my name as the face of the business here. I highly suggest doing business elsewhere.

I didn't retain anyone from here but I was sent here by a friend and referred to Austin. I can tell you, if I need a lawyer I will definitely be calling this firm back! From first contact with Jessica to Austin I couldn't have asked for better. Both were amazing! Austin took the time to actually talk to me, not over me. Addressed each concern with me and talked to me like an actual human not a subject. I felt comfortable, heard, and more confident after my phone consultation than I had with any other lawyer I had contacted (about 16). I will definitely be retaining Austin for anything I need in the future and will recommend him to anyone that may need legal services! You won't be disappointed!

The most professional, helpful and reassuring law firm! I don’t spend much time in need of legal services but 2 divorces and child custody I have seen a few. They are honest, realistic about expectations, and they are great with communicating. Scott Smith and his team are the best.

I hired Mr. Scholz and he would not take the time to learn highly important details about my case. When you pay a premium for Legal representation, especially in this economy, you expect high quality. Very disappointing and has caused problems for me and my family. He is attempting to bill me for far more work than he has completed, and is also billing me for a separate case that I did not hire him for. Mr. Scholz also represented me in my case after he had been fired and did his very best to make me look bad, speaking over me and attempting to undermine my judgment. I am dissatisfied with his service as a family lawyer.
