The law office is a great place great staff, I wouldn’t know what to do without them went my accident happened, honestly it was a great move I did to reach out to them. Special shout out to Emmie she took care of me and made me feel great knowing my accident claim will be taken care of, everything worked out very well, and I got my settlement. DO NOT LET THE MARKETING GET YOU! This was the absolute worst experience I could’ve ever expected. I have went through five attorneys the last one was there for a short time now he’s gone. They were absolutely horrible zero communication I had to reach out to them every time there was any update. The records were missed that should’ve been included for my case as there was no constant Attorney or paralegal- no one was constant through this at all. Now we finally made it the end after over two years and due to it being a somewhat low value case in comparison they handled it exactly as such. Further more now my payment - another bunch of run around. they’re saying they need to do breakdowns when everything has been paid and again bad information! twice today saying they didn’t have the check which they received ( I have a letter from the insurance company) sent it weeks ago. Terrible terrible experience if you’re looking for someone do not use these people just because they spend a lot in marketing!
