The law office of James Latimer’s is very good. I had my wrist crushed on a job back to in 2014. After six months of being pushed around by workmen’s comp doctors. And workmen’s comp. I call him, we talked and he took on my case. From that point on I felt I had someone fighting for me. And got me and my family moving into the right direction. With second doctor opinion and had surgery to repair my wrist. It was a three year process. But after signing with Mr. Latimer things were not my fight. It became his and his team. And they all were amazing to work with. They were able to get me repaired and able to get back to work so I could get back to taking care of my family. So now in 2020 I am needing his services again. And because he was good at handling everything in the past. And felt so well taken care of. I went back to him. I highly recommend him. Also with the COVID-19 it has been easy to do everything online. From signing digitally. And faxing paperwork to his office. Have done phone consultations. Still feel in very capable hands. While staying safe from this virus.

I have been a client for a few years since the onset of my wc injury. Throughout my entire time being a client I have experienced good customer service from both staff and attorneys. However, their Office Manager Monroe, is very rude and unprofessional. I find this to be so disappointing that he interacts with clients is this tone. It is also unfortunate because he is a representative of the firm.

I just want to say James Latimer and the whole Ladimir law. Firm was great awesome from start to finish except for Sergio Monteon, who was very rude condescending and answered questions in tone not very customer service oriented, but I’d have to say Mr. Latimer and the rest of the team is awesome not only did he achieve in winning my case with Workmen’s Comp., but also went above and beyond with applying me for subsequent injuries, benefits trust fund, and also won my case at 100% disabled. God bless you James God bless your entire team.

I can’t thank James Latimer enough for their dedication towards my case. His office constantly updated me on my workers compensation case and got me what I deserved. Exceeded all my expectations.

It was a nightmare. They do not returned phone call, do not f/u in the paper work, they send wrong paper to the wrong Dr. office, they have problems getting report, form Dr, office, office manager was sarcastic unprofessional.
