Law Offices Of The Public Defender

I left multiple messages with several different humans and non several different voicemails. Never received a call back. Nor did anyone seem eager or willing to help me or point me in the correct direction.

No one returns calls, some of the attorneys dont even reply to the nurmerous requests from the inmates, The inmates hardly can get through on phone calls, some attorney are very unprofessional in more ways than one. Whos the next higher upto complain to and mKe greivences?. The only reason they got 1 str is because I uldnt leve a review with out it.

Left me in tears. Called to get information, left my name and number with receptionist. The lawyer I left my number for never called me back but instead had a make public defender call me today talking rude, making fun of my son's mommy issue with me all because the receptionist said I was rude. Without facts, this PD took the word of his receptionist , and sentenced me guilty by practically cursing me out and finally hanging up on me without asking if their was anything he could do to help. DEFEATING THEIR OWN CODES OF ETHICS

Horrible. I arrived to find out the requirements that they didn’t tell me over the phone. Then I come back, from Albuquerque a week later with what I need and she says they aren’t taking applications at this time. A time she previously told me and gave me a paper showing times to apply. I told her I drove here from Albuqueruqe to do this. She replies, “ you can apply in Albuquerque.” Are you effin kidding me. Absolutely a hopeless front desk person!
