Law Offices Of The Public Defender

I'm only giving the Public Defenders office 1 star because it will not allow me to give no stars. Public defender Tammi Higgens, worst P.D. ever!! In 5 months she did nothing but lie to me and did nothing at all in my case which is why I fired her today. She will not file any kind of a motion she is bias and will do nothing to help you win your case. One case she has is going on 4 years!!!! DO NOT LET HER REPRESENT YOU!!! SHE WILL DO NOTHING FOR YOU!!!!

Don’t bother with these people. These public defenders come to work every day and just lie to them selves and their clients to get through the day having accomplished nothing. Every, single, day. Really don’t know how these people live with themselves knowing their work is all a lie and that they’re useless human beings. Even to file the slightest amount of paper work is a struggle for them, not to even mention taking a case to trial. Save your self some time and educate yourselves. Our liberties are in our own hands and it is a responsibility we bear as Americans to understand our laws and be a part of our city, county, and state. Visit the Rancho Cucamonga law library and ask the woman who works there if she can help you where to look for your specific situation. Although she can not give you legal advice she is very nice and can possibly point you in the right direction. If you decide to put everything in the hands of your public defender and plea not guilty, expect to be bounced around for months with several useless court appearances where nothing gets done. This place truly makes a mockery of law.
