I'm not sure why the low reviews for this office. I've had nothing but a positive experienc. I get responses from all my calls and emails, I haven't even set foot in the office yet and the still help me. Thank you guys for the services you offer us, I am grateful.
Horrible!!! If I could rate zero I would!!! Mr Hernandez is a cold hearted POS that should NOT be allowed the privilege of his title as public DEFENDER!! Anyone that has had him as their defender would no doubt say the same.
They helped ruin my life in the year 2000. But these days I truly believe they are doing the best they can with what they have available to them!
Totally unprofessional. Has anyone else ever tried to get a call back? I've yet to receive a call back out of at least 10 phone calls to them. I realize their very busy but that's part of the job. They should try doing it.
