I’m giving this a 3 star because I just started the process with them for my mother for a Visa U and potentially obtaining her residency and bringing my father along in her process. I’ve seen these reviews and I have my doubts but my aunt came here and she obtain her residency in about 6 years or so. Keep in mind my aunt entered this country with a visa and her son is a US citizen so presumably her case was bit more on easy side i assume. Saying that me and my family decided to give this firm a shot. Coming in this office on the LA location on a Saturday it was super busy a lot people. The lawyer we spoke to was fast and direct and answered our questions. She gave us a 6-7 year time frame for my parents to obtain their residency altogether. Then we were sent over to there the billing department, nice lady very fast and direct too, she assured us that when we get assigned a paralegal and if we can’t get a hold of them she can step in and help. So now we are waiting for my parents to go in and get their fingerprints taken. So far I’m being neutral. But I’ll update you guys on my parents process. Let’s hope I can come and give this firm more stars along the way. I got hope !!

The way they treat military family is not acceptable. My mom has had her case open for 3 years. I ended up joining the military to expedite her process and they didn’t even bother to file here parole in place until 9 months after i had joined. They couldn’t even come up with an excuse as to why it took so long. The paralegals have no clue what they’re doing in Santa Ana. They all speak very rudely to you and don’t even let you explain things without them interrupting you. It’s sad that what they’re doing to us. Not to mention the 7k + they’re charging us for their service and not even the immigration fees.

I would honestly give it zero stars if possible. this place is a joke! My mom had a case with them payed for months and never got so much as a phone call back. They never sent the evidence to uscis and my case is about to be close. They dont even respond emails or calls. Go to facebook and report his page as fraud, so they stopping geting new victims

The Law Office of Mr. Sergio Siderman and his team has worked very hard on my boyfriend’s immigration/reentry to USA. His family and myself. The staff is very professional, patient, kind and knowledgeable about the laws involving complicated immigration cases, which is a long and winding road at times. Our phone calls and f/u visit and communications were concise and we were provided legal counsel with utmost attention to detail. And while my boyfriend’s case was not the outcome we wanted, we were provided with alternative options to apply for. I would recommend The Law Offices of Sergio Siderman to anyone seeking Immigration legal counsel.

Hello please be advised that this place is a complete waste of time and money I waited 31/2 years for them to simply do nothing at all you call they never responded you show up they made you wait to tell you that you need and appointment the attorney never talk to you his paralegal team does the job after I fired them the office fees were ridiculous $39 per letter sent and many other ridiculous charges please be careful the only thing that they do is waste your time and collect your money ……..if I could I will give them a -5 stars so disappointed of this so call the best in town
