I called in to Pansing law, after Arthur Pansing picked up the phone I introduced myself and he immediately replied "ok what do you need" in a very rude tone, after I started explaining my case he interrupted me rudely again and said I don't do those good luck with your case , very unprofessional. His website clearly says if he cant help he will inform you and refer me to someone that is. That's clearly not what happened...

Art is a great negotiator and a damn good lawyer. He is fair, knowledgeable, and flexible. Well worth your money. My family and I worked with Art for about a year and a half on a real estate related case. We bought a mountain cabin and the sellers did not disclose structural problems. It was a nightmare. Art helped us resolve the case to our satisfaction and was a great adviser, negotiator and lawyer all throughout. I met with several lawyers before hiring Art. What sold me was that Art listened, became engaged in our case, and worked WITH us to get results. Hopefully you don't need a lawyer. But if you do, Art is your man. And worth every dime.

Art is fantastic at what he does! He helped me in depth with contracts and licenses for starting my business, and continues to help me after. A very knowledgeable man with a lot of great information regarding contracts and law. Highly recommended!
