WORST group to deal with EVER!!! Have contacted them MULTIPLE times (at least 10 since January 01 if this year) to inquire about the status and balance on my account. Have not heard form ANYONE. This is the 3rd time they have demonstrated incompetency and inadequacy when managing customer accounts. They do not care about taking care of customer accounts the right way...if that is not the case they have yet to prove me wrong. Will be filing another official complaint. Maybe that will get them to contact me back as requested.

Called 9 times with an average wait of 10 minutes before being disconnected each time and not having talked to a single person.

Being sued by them. As I disagree with part of the debt they will not talk to me or negotiate. Absolutely absurd
