Senior citizen sued. Have been paying for 6 years now. They never denied my payments until now. I paid through covid, one tornado and one hurricane. They've ignored my emails and disconnected me on the phone. PLEASE come to the projects and take my clawed up furniture. What a shameful way to do business.

Been paying off my debt since June this year and the only person who answered all my questions and went above and beyond was Michelle Romero. She took the time to explain things that nobody else told me, went over my payment options and even gave me advice on what I could do to pay off my debt.

I called several different numbers, I sent an email, left a voicemail and I still received no response. I was on a payment agreement and made payments towards this agreement and a judgement was still filed against for the full amount. They refuse to answer the phone, they give out extensions but there is no option to dial that extension. I’m highly upset that a judgment was placed against me when I was in an agreement.

Unresponsive and inept. For a company whose website claims they’re dedicated to customer service, this company fails miserably in that stated mission.

Asking for a friend. If a debt is over 20 years old and it’s no longer on her credit report! Because it falls off after 7-10 years. Why is this person coming after her?
