Absolutely awful experience so far. I never received any documentation. They had the wrong contact information for me and never changed my phone number. I asked if I need to go to court after an agreement had been reached and no one called me back. No one emailed me back. No one was even at their so called Brookfield office. They call themselves professional lawyers. How are any of these actions professional? You want my debt yet you don’t contact me back. Come on!!

I am giving a debt collector a 5 star review for one reason. A customer service representative, Michelle Hernandez. Michelle was very helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. All of my interactions with the other customer service representatives, were horrible. Thank you Michelle for treating me like a human, and not a problem.

I called in to speak with an agent regarding my garnishment and had the pleasure of working with Dyesha Baker! She was very patient, knowledgeable and did a FANTASTIC JOB of helping me navigate the entire process. We were even able to share a few laughs which was very unexpected. I hope that Rausch Strum realizes the wonderful employee they have in Dyesha Baker!! Give that woman a raise!

Wanted to thank Jamesha at ext. 306 for her professionalism and support during a recent call. I had many questions and she took the time to answer each one. She even took time to go back and explain areas that others didn't explain well. Huge shout out to her!!

Here I am leaving a good review of a company that sued me all because of Leah, the amazing woman who answered my last call. If you previously had a bad experience, you are not alone, but I am here to tell you there is a good person there! I have talked to several different people in the past and I can tell you that they were all condescending and not at all sympathetic to my embarrassing financial struggle! If I was reviewing this business based on past conversations, I wouldn't even give them half a star. Leah, however, deserves more than 5 stars in my humble opinion. She was very friendly and chatty, and treated me with nothing but kindness, compassion, understanding and respect. I had the fortunate pleasure of having all of my options laid out for me and thoroughly explained, and Leah patiently waited while I talked through what option would be best for me. So it's okay to have the big head, Leah. You deserve it! I appreciate how you helped me. Thank you!
