Mr. Klimjack did return my call and provided answers to all my questions and clarified some concerns I had. He was very respectful and understanding. Therefore, I am changing my review to a more positive review since hearing from Mr. Klimjack. UPDATE!!!!!! I've yet to speak to anyone. I reached out on 1/6, 1/12, 2/6, 2/9, 2/14 and again today 2/21. I was told by the woman who answered to phone that she was going to get a message to the attorney. No call yet. The only call I received from the attorney was after I left my inital review (BELOW) he wanted to speak about the review I left and not my case. I have debated on leaving this review, but at this point I am super frustrated. Number one, I cannot get anyone to call me back or respond to my emails and I have been waiting for a couple of weeks now. This isn't the first time that this has happened. Number two, I receive very contradicting information from every time I speak to someone new at the office. Which has made my payments late and now the Trustee is filing for a wage withholding order and it looks like I am not paying, when I am making weekly payments. This firm also charges way more money then they should. Because I used this office, I am in worse shape now than I was before filing bankruptcy. In my opinion, he charged me $4,000.00 to file paperwork... That's it. DO NOT USE THEM. William Poole, Esq. is a great alternative. He is very kind and caring... I regret ever using this firm.

0 out of a 10 I do not recommend, I've been a client with them for over two years, and I would not advise anyone to do business here, they don't return calls, your not a priority, it gives very much unorganized and uninterested once they have collected there money. (I would recommend Padgett and Robinson though)

We hired The Klimjack firm to handle our bankruptcy case and have regretted it since. You cannot get any information out of anyone and if you do, it will not match the information that you get from someone else. We, unfortunately, had to total a vehicle during a bankruptcy and the entire process has been a nightmare. Here we are, a month after our hearing (three months after the hit-and-run we were in) to pay off the car with the insurance settlement, and we have no update on when it will be paid off or if any changes occurred to the bankruptcy. No matter how many times you call, no one returns messages. Seriously, do yourself the biggest favor and hire any other attorney.

Never returns phone calls. They also never seem to be in office

Filed Ch 13 through Mr Klimjacks firm. After a couple of years in they won’t return calls. I called over a month back and asked to speak with someone concerning my case and have still not received a return call. They got their money now not concerned about me.
