If you’re in urgent need of legal help please don’t choose this firm,their process of an intake takes forever and there’s no actual consultation meeting with a lawyer it’s just a back and forth conversation with his assistant (?) and even when you ask to talk to the actual lawyer she avoids giving you his information. I sent 2 FULL google docs of evidence of the inhabitable conditions we’re currently living in and apparently it was “insufficient” proof when I had sent pictures & VIDEOS of mold,holes made by a severe mice infestation,other pests and proof of faulty leaky pipes and our slumlord constantly harassing us. Priscilla couldn’t even tell us directly wether they were going to able to represent us or not even after she made me send her all that. I was already a bit stand offish when I read the bad reviews but I decided to give this firm the benefit of the doubt because we are in severe need of legal representation because these conditions have become absolutely unbearable. They will not sympathize with you whatsoever I told her about my two SMALL children living with us through out all this and she seemed to have no urgency whatsoever to help us even though the landlord boarded up our windows and is threatening to lock us out and board up our door by April because she doesn’t want the city investigators to see the illegal unit were residing in/conditions the unit is in. She couldn’t even provide me with the number of another firm that could possibly help us better even after I recommended another tenant living here also to them... this whole process has been extremely draining and disappointing I would not recommend and I will be talking to my neighbors that I had recommended this firm to soon so they don’t waste their time either. Update: I am being helped and hopefully I will be talking to the lawyer soon.
