I had to constantly stay on these guys to keep me in the loop about my case, and then i made the mistake of reffering a friend to the office and now they seem to be getting the run around as well, calls are ignored and when they manage to get through the attorneys are never in the office and rarely if ever return a call. I would love to one day write another review about how well they care for their clients but at this time today just isn't that day, although I will say that Roland is legit.

Not a good experience. This guy is a crook. The office staff is not on the same page. They send you to sketchy rehabilitation offices. They tell you to "stick it out" when requesting a change of medical care. I released them of their services which almost none was provided and then they put a big lien on my case . Which was not justified for that amount

I had the misfortune of being injured by a commercial vehicle. this firm represented me, guided me to rehabilitation, I have a long road ahead of recovery, but the care, and attention. and keeping me informed of my status case is exceptional. Thank You Gerard Friend Law, and kudos to Roland, my godsend. Dont look any further this firm cares.....about you!

Worst place ever don’t go here!!!!!!!! Was in a car accident, my case closed over a year ago I constantly call them and they never have an answer for me. They always have an excuse when I tell them that I’m just waiting for my check they tell me they’ve sent various emails to person in charge of checks, but they supposedly never reply this was going on for months. Until this day I still haven’t received anything I have bill collectors calling me and sending me mail to top it all off my credit is now being affected. I am very disappointed with these people and they’re services.

Do not call back or email. Representatives don’t know what they are doing. No communication during the case. Closed the case without even letting us know. Now that I’m asking for copies of my file, I’m being ignored. Do not use them. You will regret it.
