I highly recommend the Tidrick Law Firm. I was pleased with my results. It's rare to see results come to fruition but mine did. They kept in touch with me through the whole process. I received prompt responses with Mr. Tidrick with texts and emails. Very pleased that I chose The Tidrick Law Firm for my legal needs. I give them 10 stars.

Reading these negative reviews is all I needed to know. This company keeps texting me, sending me letters they have just sent me priority mail with the same letter they keep mailing and emailing me. I knew it was weird, if you have my information to send me all this stuff just send me my check since you want to give me the money so bad. These companies waste all this time, money and energy trying to get over on people it makes no sense. I have never had a company try giving me money so bad. I mean they send a letter once a week and probably email me twice or more a week. Then they put the ONE good BBB review that they have stop it. Leave me alone

Thank You for everything. I am a satisfied customer. If Uber/ Lyft settlement offer has not been accepted yet use Tidrick to get the most money available. I did. I am happy all the way to the bank.

The Tidrick law firm received my money for the Postmates missed classification lawsuit, even after I told them I was no longer interested in working with them. This was months and months before they reached a settlement with Postmates. Well it turns out they received my money from Postmates and never issued it to me because I hadn't said I didn't want to work with them. Fast forward and I tried to get an agreement with another law firm and it turns out I can't get my money from Postmates because the money was already issued to Tidrick law firm, who refuses to release it to me because I told them I wasn't interested in working with them. Mind you I told them I was not interested in working with them MONTHS before they even went to mediation, let alone reach the settlement. Never work with this law firm they're the most dishonest law firm I've ever come across

I am NOT pleased with The Tidrick Law Firm and I will NEVER use this law firm again! They NEVER provided me with the (FULL) settlement agreement terms between them & Lyft. (I want to know FULL DETAILS, not portions.) Like how much money did Tidrick receive? How many people were involved in this class action? How did Lyft come to our settlement offer determination? (The MONEY percent/calculation.) What ALL was it based on? (According to Tidrick it was solely based upon TRIP RIDES alone.) I don't believe that. Furthermore, if true, then what was the AMOUNT PER TRIP??? And after 4 or 5 months of me QUESTIONING & COMPLAINING about the $389 LOW OFFER, (started in like Jan of 2021), MYSTERIOUSLY out of the blue one day it jumped from $389 to $400. But how??????? And why????? Tidrick have yet to provide me with these answers. And when I reached out to Lyft their response was I have to get legal answers from Tidrick. I don't trust Tidrick law firm and will NEVER use them again. They try to get you to settle for PEANUTS. TRUST ME! I did 1,121 rides with Lyft and 1,800 rides with Uber. I got paid THOUSANDS (NOT HUNDREDS) WAYYYY BACK IN NOV OF 2019 FOR THIS SAME INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR MISCLASSIFICATION CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT! (BUT WITH A DIFFERENT LAWFIRM.) So yeah, do NOT trust Tidrick. They failed to provide me with the FULL SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT TERMS. A lawyer from this firm even told me that 1,121 rides is NOT alot of rides and that they could ask Lyft for more money but Lyft could EASILY tell me to kick rocks! Those were his EXACT WORDS! Wow!!! How professional!
