I rarely give a plug for service providers, but it's hard to find an exceptional trust attorney so I'll share what I found. If you don't have a trust for your family, consider forming one. I interviewed three estate planning firms before hiring Endy Ukoha-Ajike. The other firms don't even come close to the level of attention and thoughtfulness that Endy provided regarding the considerations for contingencies for all the possible scenarios and all the options and various structures that we can use to create a trust that is tailored our needs and does exactly what we want in the various scenarios. Throughout the process Endy was very responsive taking time to explain and discuss solutions to our questions and concerns. And he charges a flat fee instead of nickel and diming for every ten minute conversation. I would highly recommend Endy to all my family and friends.

Endy simplifies the law. He is practical, empathetic and takes the stress out of dealing with what can be very complicated topics like state taxation and business formation/dissolution. He is clear and not judgmental. I have always felt that attorneys can aggravate stressful situations to their advantage. Endy does not. He puts you at ease and allows you to make your own decisions with all the information in simple terms. I cannot recommend him enough.

Take your money to another attorney who has respect for his clients. Not taking advantage of the clients. As a client we should not learn about the judges decision thru social media. When we contacted him he refused to answer calls. He sent email few days later acting as if he was blown away by the decision. The judge clearly stated in the Order you didn't even present any evidence or witnesses on our behalf. He didn't even explain if we still have any other legal options. Just abandoned our case and left family out in the cold looking for answers.
