I would say that my experience with Brandee was just world class service. I have used this firm on several occasions and every time customer service from the front desk to interacting with Brandee has always been nothing but professionalism. She listen and take the time to answer all your questions without rushing through to the next client. I never felt that I was just another client but she really took whatever time needed and I have always said the first impression goes a long way with me. I have recommended that my twin brother ask for Brandee in the future if legal services are needed. Again Brandee thank you for making me feel valued as a first time customer !!

I suggest the obvious of watching invoice bills very carefully. I did not have a positive experience. I will be severing business with this office and finding other legal counsel. My experience may be different than others. I did not find value to charges and had one that raised concern enough to lose trust. Update: To the offices credit, they are tasking steps to correct the issue I had. I'm moving from 2 star to 3 star. I understand that choosing a legal support system is complex, and can have unique challenges. Trust is important and although my trust is reduced. There is a restoration of some trust in taking corrective actions. The need for legal actions is not an enjoyable experience. The value versus costs can be stressful. I can imagine having successful interactions and value in legal council from this office. Update: corrective actions have been taken to my satisfaction. I think the challenge for me is to be sure I understand exactly what, when, and how items will be billed. Future legal support needs will need to be careful. I guess this is like with medical...ask a lot of questions about billing and cost authorizations ahead of time. Make sure everyone is on the same page and expectations. I'm satisfied with resolution even though I'll be moving my future needs elsewhere. Raising from 3 star to 4 because they worked to correct my concerns.

Kevin Winbenmeier and his staff are above and beyond what a law firm should be. They treat you like family. The people in his office are kind, helpful and understanding. I would definitely recommend them for any legal matter you may have. They are the best!!
