Ct Of Appeal/2nd Dist Div 8

The managers have disregard document that have been sent to them twice by Superior Court Civil Appeal Unite, that have Amendment to correct description of defendants caption of title. Intentionally neglect to file and post the document too. Mr. Potter refused to make corrections by me verbally directed them to the civil complaint I filed. And said it had to come from the Superior Court of Appeal. Now it has July 11, 2018, andnthey are refusing to acknowledge it.nI too sent a Judge a document to sign of transcript request from District Court Central in Los Angeles, California. The transcript is relateded to my case.n It's not out of Superior State Court. It's by me as a request from the Second District Court of Appeal by Judge Signature, to request from District Courthouse Central.n They filed my request and posted it. But are refusing to present it to the Judge to sign for it to happen.nnThe manager Mr. Lane is telling me what I can address in my case as my Appellant Opening Breaf. He is telling me I have to make my Opening Breaf on based of what the Repondant says. nThe are trying to give the Repondant the lead. And blocking me.

I'm at the beginner stages in the Court of Appeal but so far, the experience has been really good. The first thing you'll notice is how helpful everyone is. Literally, everyone is helpful. But I've had two great experiences so far: nnThe first is that I happened to cross paths with Jim Guzman from predivision when I came in to discuss an issue. Jim is a problem solver! I'm not kidding, he looked at two documents and understood my issue within fifteen seconds. If you're having predivision issues, ask for Jim. I'm sure everyone is great but I can personally recommend Jim. nnThe second best thing at second district is the self-help clinic held every Wednesday with Tyna. She's very, very helpful, especially if you're stuck and can't move forward. The second district is the Only appellate district to offer this service. And she's in high demand..so make sure you get there at 5 am! But she's worth it.
