I don't have any experience with lawyers and such but overall I had a good experience with them! I was rear ended and my vehicle was totaled back in September so I called them because they were recommended by a friend. We met at a chiropractor the same day I called and the initial visit was about 2 hours. It was a quite lengthy process overall and there were a few points we went without much communication such as during the the time I went to the chiro and then when they were getting all of the documents together but they had no updates for me so there was no need. Once we moved into negotiations everything went by pretty quickly. I received letters as well as follow up phone calls and such. We worked closely with Kelly in the beginning who was super sweet and then we worked with Tyson who was extremely professional and explained everything to me very thoroughly and had no problem answering my dumb questions. I see a lot of negative reviews on here but in my honest opinion, they've been great!

I had an excellent experience with Brad Johnson and Juan Jimenez at Petersen Johnson. Brad guided me through every step of the way and communication was ten out of ten. Brad was honest, understanding, and not only made sure I was paid but made sure my injuries were handled by medical professionals. The team at Petersen Johnson truly cared about my.satisfaction and well-being. The process was easier than I thought it was going to be and I'm glad I chose Petersen Johnson to handle my auto accident. They really are the best personal injury law firm in Arizona.

PLEASE DON'T DO THE BUSINESS WITH THEM. The worst experience I had. My accident was happened at 07/27/2017. It was a simple and clear rear ended accident which I don't have any fault. It take almost one year for them to finish my case. I finally received the check in May of 2018. During this process, I tried to contact them by hundreds of calls and emails. They changed the assistants a couple of times. The staff called Claudia and Lindsay are not professional at all. They do not reply my call, do not reply my email. Extremely hard to communicate. What's more, as the lawyers, they are not even familiar with my settlement letter after I signed it. That letter released all my rights toward the insurance company. But my property damage was not resolved properly at all. Now, with their "helps", I can not claim the diminished value of my car. I lost thousands of dollar because of their mistakes.

My husband was in a 4 car accident that was OBVIOUSLY not his fault. He called peterson Johnson at the recommendation of a friend. They immediately said to meet them at a chiropractors office to get the process started. The chiropractor held him out of work for 2 weeks and he was left with a $2500 bill. We got nothing but the medical bills and a missing paycheck from these attorneys, who decided our case wasn't worth pursuing because he didn't rack up enough medical bills. $2500 may not be a lot to them, but it's a lot to a small family living paycheck to paycheck. As if the accident wasn't bad enough, now WE have to pay out of pocket for something these people told my husband to do. We trusted them and got screwed. Don't make the same mistake.

I worked with Petersen Johnson in 2014 with my family as we were in an accident. At the time I was 17/18 and thought everything went smooth. At the end of that case, I felt Emergency Chiropractic bill was way too high considering my body did not feel 100%, even though they said I was good enough for release. They negotiated, cool. My payout was I believe $4,000.00 or so. I was in back passenger seat. Last June I was in another accident and had only worked with Petersen Johnson/Emergency Chiropractic before so they were all I knew. In this accident I did nothing wrong when 2 cars collided and hit me. My pay out after my car being totaled, me doing nothing wrong, me still not feeling 100% at all, etc, is going to be $3,000.00. I finally settled as it has been over a year, and pressure from Brad. It's been a horrible experience working with Petersen Johnson this time around and I will never come to them again for representation. Its a scam. Poor communication, pressuring clients, well over a year. I also just don't understand how the first accident I received $4,000.00 and this year I am receiving less. Also, originally my chiropractic bill was $6,000.00 on its own. The first offer I received, I immediately declined as the amount was/still is ridiculous. Emer Chiro immediately cut the bill in half and is now $3,000.00. If they were confident and knew they were doing a good job, I don't get why they were so quick to cut their bill in half. Brad has a nasty attitude. I don't care who you are or what your occupation is, especially considering I hired you. The first and only time I spoke to him, he told me what my first offer would be. Like stated before, I immediately declined as it was so low. He goes "so what do you want?!" in an ugly tone and when I told him how much to offer, kind of chuckles and says I should settle because what both insurance companies were offering me, is on the high end of what I should get. Like I said, will never work with Petersen Johnson or Emergency Chiropractic again. Obviously they work together, They don't care as long as they get their 30%?
