Colossal waste of time. Pass you from person to person asking the same questions over and over with each one asking like you just called in. Like some other reviewers, it seems they're looking for the easy money cases. As a general lesson, yes size does matter like in their ads. You're usually going to be better off with a smaller local firm. It's not a mill and they have more of an interest in giving your individual case attention.
Horrible firm. Do not believe the hype. There’s a reason they have tons of money for tons of ads and it’s not because they’re winning tough cases. It’s because they only select slam dunk cases to take on. Their lawyers are lazy and won’t take the precious time needed to review all facts to build a strong case. After 2 weeks of silence, the attorney called me to advise they weren’t taking my case although they were still waiting for results of some outstanding tests to be done. I told her the tests were done a week ago and i had already uploaded the documents. She immediately accessed my records and reviewed them for the first time while i was on the phone. Like seriously, how do u decline someone without having reviewed their submitted paperwork. I immediately asked her to send me confirmation of the decline so I can move on. Don’t even waste your time. This company is much too big to care and their lawyers are incompetent and seem to be interns. Find a small, professional law firm that’s closer to the people.
To get your case they are quick but once it's time to get in contact with you is the issue. From case manager to case manager they do not know how to handle the communication end and do not answer your emails or calls until you have to escalate the issue to the complaint department and that's not acceptable in any means. When you finally to do get contact with your case manager its either the same around about answers its going to a year with a case that has been reviewed and came to a conclusion and still don't have the answers that one has to their own case and details. I will never again use them and I advise to look into other law firms before you decide to go with them .
I have been dealing with mariany and she has been very helpful to me always returned my phone calls and she is always very, very nice. I feel like I have a great team on my side And I appreciate everything that you do for me
I hired MM on 10 23 23 same day when some one hit me .in the crash report it says other driver jump red lights and 911 was called by a law enforcement officer he is the eye witness. They have ad size matters Yes it is because when you are too big firm u don't focus u don't listen u simply don't care. In one month they have changed my attorney and case Manger 3 time. No one knows case detail they work on cut with MM if they see no money they keep ignoring ur case They have customers experience manager case managers apps all drama..No work. I am still hoping they will get me something. Very dissatisfied very frustrated. Minus 1 rating I lost my car find some loop holes and get me something to buy a car .An empty vessel makes much noise
