Follow up... is very slow... been working with attorney now almost a year... and now they say they don't think they can assist us..... it takes a year to decide???? I would like Mr Morgan to call me.... not anything like your ad stated! After getting through the communication barrier, things are back on track.....I will revise as I go!
In the beginning using the app was great uploading the documents, yet I was not able to communicate with them much. It was hard getting in touch with the team and updates were infrequent. They are very professional and it seems like they have a great systems in place yet the communication is lacking. When I did hear from them they are able to answer all of my questions and they tell me what the next steps will be or what they are working on next.
Person I spoke with was amazing. Well I gotta change the review the intake lady Hannah I think was amazing, but since then I haven't heard a single word, was put on attorney 230 call calendar on Friday never got a call? As of now still no call? I guess maybe my case they don't see any money in so forget me? Idk but very disappointed as of now in Morgan and Morgan

It would take me a year to say everything I have gone through with them. I currently have over 6,000 dollars owed to me and it's one excuse after the other as to why I can't get it yet. My accident happened over 3 years ago!!!! I wouldn't recommend trusting them like I did. I wonder how hard it would be to actually get in contact with John Morgan? He would love to hear my story.
