Our case was complicated and lengthy, nevertheless Mr. Bates came through and we are very satisfied. Immigration cases can take a long time and many lawyers make promises they cannot keep. Mr. Bates was always honest and never made promises.

Long wait, unprofessional attorneys and high fees until they ripe you off completely, is what you get at this law firm. I am a CPA and a tax attorney, I understand professionalism and client interest very well. But when I visited this law for my family's immigration needs, they were totally opposite. Their usual wait times are 2-3 hrs and the attitudes they have as though they are working for free.They wasted my time and money. I do not recommend this place to anyone. I usually don't write reviews, but this one I really had to warn everyone.
