Staff was friendly. We gave all of our information for our case over the phome and emailed back the paperwork they sent us. We were told to come in for an appointment after our case was reviewed by the office. I did feel like it was a waste of time to go though because no one seemed to know how to proceed with our case. The office was not close to home so it was a wasted trip for us. I wish they would have just said that in the first place after reviewing all the paperwork and didn't have us drive there for nothing.
