Born and raised in Miami, Florida, Attorney Thompson-Disler has always had a passion for helping others with her positive outlook and diligent work ethic. She graduated with her Bachelors of Science in Legal Studies from the University of Central Florida. Upon her acceptance of the prestigious Dean’s Merit Scholarship, Tiffany returned to her hometown and received her Juris Doctorate from the University of Miami, School of Law. While at the University of Miami, Tiffany had the distinguished honor of clerking for the Honorable Judge Maxine Cohen Lando, United States Judge, for the Eleventh Judicial Circuit Court. She was a Certified Legal Intern at the Office of the Public Defender for the Ninth Judicial Circuit of Florida and participated in the University of Miami’s Capital Defense Project through which she represented individuals convicted of capital offenses. As a student in the Litigation Skills Clinical Program, she was awarded the Honorable Theodore Klein Endowed Scholarship for ability and excellence in oral and written advocacy and a commitment to public service. Prior to joining the DeWitt Law Firm, P.A. Tiffany began her legal career at a full service firm in Maitland and concentrated her practice in the area of mortgage foreclosure defense, criminal defense, family and domestic law, and general civil litigation. In 2017 Kelly Simon became associated with Aaron B. Wentz, P.A. Kelly was born and raised in Fort Walton Beach. After graduating from Fort Walton Beach High School in 1997, she received her Associate Degree from Okaloosa Walton Community College and then her Bachelor Degree from University of West Florida. She graduated from Florida Coastal School of Law in 2004 and immediately took a position with the State Attorney’s Office in Pensacola. After working as an Assistant State Attorney for three years, she went on to represent children on behalf of the State of Florida at the Department of Children and Families. After almost 10 years practicing dependency litigation, she has joined the firm of Aaron B. Wentz, P.A. Kelly’s practice at Aaron B. James Michael Sawyer hails from South Florida but has been a resident of Gainesville off and on since the 1970’s when he moved here to attend the University of Florida for his Bachelor’s Degree. ROBERT SCOTT HANNAN limits his practice to Family Law and was formerly a State and County Child Support/Alimony Prosecutor.
