In a nutshell, my passion has always been in public service. At the age of 18 I was working my first job as an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) for the City of New Chicago, Indiana. I was only on the job for 6 months, when I was in the back of an ambulance delivering a baby. I went on to become a police officer in New Chicago; and after battling frost bite for a few years, I accepted a position as Deputy Sheriff with the Orange County Sheriff’s Office. During my time there I was assigned to the Patrol Division, Fugitive Division and Tourist Policing Division; I received numerous awards and honors, which I am very proud of today. I met a young woman recently at a hospital where a careless driver caused her to lose her unborn baby. The careless driver was clearly at fault, the insurance company for the careless driver never offered an apology or offered money to help with any medical bills. They only called and asked permission to inspect her car to make sure she was somehow not at fault for the accident. I met a husband and wife not long ago who were badly injured in a car accident. Their car was totaled and they were both out of work. The insurance company refused to pay for a rental car even though the accident was clearly not their fault. I talk with mothers and fathers, nurses and teachers, construction workers and police officers, people from all walks of life everyday who have been injured at no fault of their own– people who are looking for justice, fairness and help for the challenges they face each day after an accident. In each of these conversations I’m reminded why I became a trial attorney: Everyday injury and accident victims need and deserve a champion, and I would be honored to be that champion for you!

Keith opened his own firm in July of 2003 where he strives every day to offer every client the best legal representation with the best customer service. Robert Gordon is a personal injury attorney and a founding member of the Gordon & Partners law firm. With over 25 years of experience, Wayne started out representing insurance companies as defense counsel. The insight he gained enabled him to advocate effectively on behalf of the injured parties with valid claims against insurance companies, other companies or individuals. Since 1993 he has represented "plaintiffs only" in personal injury, workers' compensation, disability, and wrongful termination/discrimination/retaliation cases. Attorney Bilsky graduated from the University of Florida with a BS/BA in Finance in 1986. He graduated from Law School at the University of Florida in 1989. While in session in Law School, Mr. Bilsky interned for a plaintiff's firm, specializing in Personal Injury and Workers' Compensation cases. Each summer break during law school, Mr. Bilsky worked in Orlando at different law firms, specializing in Workers' Compensation and Personal Injury.

Lawyer Juan Cordero is a graduate of St. Thomas University School of Law, and he holds a Master’s in Business Administration from Nova Southeastern University. He has been practicing law for 26 years and serves as a Professor of Law at Indian River State College. He has been a Victim Practitioner (Crime Victim Advocate) for almost 20 years and has helped residents of Florida, Georgia, and throughout the United States by representing injured victims and their families when a commercial establishment or housing/apartment complex lacks appropriate security to deter crime. He is certified in Crime Prevention through Environmental Design and has been recognized as one of the Top Attorneys in Personal Injury and other areas of the law by numerous nationally recognized associations. Furthermore, Attorney Juan Cordero is a 2-time Combat Veteran. He was a member of the 3d Infantry Division and part of the famous Berlin Wall / East West German Border Patrol. In addition, he was part of Task Force 118 – Joint Task Force Middle East, where he served in an Aviation Special Operations Unit working alongside Navy SEAL Teams 1 and 2 protecting Navy and cargo ships in the Persian Gulf from terrorist attacks by the Iranian government. He also worked with Task Force 118 as part of Joint Task Force Middle East and Naval Special War Unit during Operation Prime Chance. Finally, Juan Cordero was part of the 101st Airborne and participated in the Liberation of Kuwait during Desert Storm.

Michael V. McGrail is a partner in the law firm of Wesley, McGrail and Wesley. He began his legal career in 1993 and is admitted to practice law in the State of Florida and the U.S. District Court Northern District of Florida. Mr. McGrail’s practice is limited solely to litigation matters. He represents clients who have been seriously injured through the fault of someone else. Jesse is a partner at the Podor Law Firm and practices in the Bradenton, Florida office. Jesse was born in Cleveland, OH, and lived there until 2001. In 2001, Jesse moved to Bradenton and attended Bradenton Christian School. Jesse earned his J.D. from the University of Florida Levin College of Law in 2016. Prior to completing his J.D., Jesse completed his B.S. in Sport Management from the University of Florida. During law school, Jesse interned at Smith, Thompson, Shaw, Minacci & Colon, P.A. in Tallahassee, Florida, and at “Game On Nation” in Bradenton, Florida.

Katelynn Gibbons is the eldest daughter of partner, E. Lynn Gibbons. In elementary school, Katie routinely reminded her Mom of the annual, "Take Your Daughters To Work Day". Some of her fondest childhood memories are of traveling to courthouses across the state at Lynn’s side through the years. Witnessing her mother's passion for justice and compassion for other people firsthand at a young age has had a lasting effect on her. She first started working at Jorgensen Gibbons, P.A. over the summer in middle school when she wasn't playing basketball. Katie graduated from St. Petersburg Catholic High School in 2012 and she earned a B.A. degree, Magna Cum Laude, in psychology from the University of South Florida in 2014. Between college and law school, she worked as the workers’ compensation paralegal at the firm. Since day one, she has treated the firm's clients as if they were family. In the Fall of 2015, she followed in her Mom's footsteps and started law school at Stetson University College of Law - a few blocks away from the firm. The proximity allowed her to continue working part-time at JG while she was in law school. She graduated a semester early and earned her J.D. from Stetson in December of 2017. Today, Katie works as an Associate Attorney for Jorgensen Gibbons, P.A., handling personal injury, workers' compensation, and social security disability cases. In her free time she enjoys boating, fishing, and traveling to watch her baby brother, Dillan, play football for the Florida State Seminoles.
