Affectionately called, “The People’s Attorney,” MILLICENT E. DANIELS, ESQ. hails from New Orleans, LA. Her family relocated to Jacksonville, Florida when she was a child. After graduating from high school, Ms. Daniels was awarded a full academic scholarship to the University of Florida. She is a graduate of both the University of Florida, College of Journalism and Communications (1999) (B.S. in Public Relations) and the University of Florida, College of Law (2002). Her practice includes serious personal injury, negligent security, wrongful death, civil dispute resolution and criminal defense. As a solo practitioner with the Daniels Law Firm, (offices in Orlando and Jacksonville) she has had the privilege of representing numerous families throughout the State of Florida. Ms. Daniels is a past member of the Executive Board of the Virgil Hawkins Florida Chapter of the National Bar Association and past Executive Board member of the National Association of Black Alumni at the University of Florida. Additionally, by appointment of the Chief Judge of Orange County, she humbly served the legal community as an esteemed member of the Professionalism Panel of the Ninth Judicial Circuit of Florida (Orange and Osceola Counties), which is an extension of the Florida Bar for several years. Attorney Daniels considers herself a serial entrepreneur who happens to be an attorney, in that her business experience includes being a partner in II Dope Chics, LLC, nightclub ownership, real estate investing, ATM franchise ownership, and small business consulting. Christopher David Campione has always held a deep passion for helping others. His unmatched dedication to the pursuit of justice and aggressive defense of his clients sets him apart from his colleagues. Mr. Campione is an advocate of justice for all. His concentrated areas of focus include personal injury, business, and real estate law. Mr. Campione graduated with his Juris Doctor in May of 2016 from Florida Coastal School of Law. He graduated in the top 20% of his class, was a Merit Scholarship recipient, achieved the Dean’s Scholars list, and received 3 book awards. These book awards were given for achieving the highest grade in the following classes, Constitutional Law, Criminal Procedure, and Trial Practice. He was named Best Overall Advocate in his Trial Practice section and was also a member of the Best Overall Team. He received a Certificate in Business Law, and while working three jobs to help pay his way through law school, he also served as a teaching assistant for Professor Roederer’s Constitutional Law class for two semesters and as a judicial extern, assisting both Judges Gregg McCaulie and James Daniel of the 4th Judicial Circuit. While in law school, Mr. Campione simultaneously received his Master Degree in Business Administration from Jacksonville University, where he graduated in the Top 5% and was inducted into Beta Gamma Sigma, a national academic achievement society known as the “Best in Business.” One of his greatest achievements was the distinction of being named one of the Top 40 students within the undergraduate and graduate program. This distinction led to his profile being published by Adventure Business Magazine in their annual Top 40 Edition. Mr. Campione attended undergrad at The Citadel, Military College of South Carolina before transferring to Florida State University where he received his undergraduate degree in Business Management. While pursuing his Juris Doctorate and pursuing a Master Degree in Business, Mr. Campione also worked as a flight controller for Aerial Forensics, a revolutionary investigative service, and as a property manager for several real estate companies. Mr. Campione grew up in Eustis, Florida, a small town in central Florida. He enjoys spending time hunting, fishing, following politics, and participating in sports. Mr. Campione and his wife reside in Ponte Vedra Beach with their rescue dog, Buddy.

Terri Buchalter was awarded a Bachelor of Arts degree from University of Florida in 1977 with honors. She earned a Juris Doctor degree from Nova Law School in 1980. That same year she was admitted into the Florida Bar. Terri specializes in personal injury, automobile accidents, wrongful death, premises liability, slip and fall and negligent security cases. Terri has successfully handled thousands of personal injury cases. Terri possesses outstanding legal and negotiation skills which she uses to maximize recoveries for her clients. Outside of the office Ms. Buchalter was awarded the Women's American Ort award for human achievement through technology and training. Terri Buchalter believes her clients deserve a tough and tenacious advocate who will work tirelessly to achieve her clients best result.

Before founding Baggett Law Personal Injury Lawyers in 2012, Matt Baggett began his practice defending Fortune 500 companies at two of the largest and most prestigious firms in Northeast Florida. Matt's successes in the courtroom have led him to win significant settlements for his clients, earning him a number of accolades, including an AV Preeminent rating by Martindale-Hubbell and recognition by Super Lawyers Magazine every year since 2009. Matt obtained his law degree from Florida State University in 2005 and his skills were recognized by winning first place in the 2003 Wayne Hogan Trial Competition. Currently, he spends his professional career helping victims of accidents and their families to fight for fair compensation and settlements.

Practice Areas: Medical Malpractice, Wrongful Death Barbra earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Maryland in 1995. Since graduating law school from the University of Miami in 1998, Barbra has practiced in the area of civil litigation. During her first five years of practice, she worked as a defense attorney focusing on products liability and insurance defense. She subsequently worked for 12 years primarily in medical malpractice where she was a partner for a boutique medical malpractice defense firm. Barbra currently is of counsel at Gordon & Partners where her main practice area is medical malpractice and wrongful death.
