audia Vanessa Cubias-Porrúa is a graduate of Saint Louis University School of Law and was admitted to the Texas bar in 2019. Before becoming an attorney, she gained five years of experience in immigration law as a paralegal and law clerk. Inspired by her family's immigration journey, including her grandparents' escape from the civil war in El Salvador and her father's deportation, Attorney Cubias-Porrúa is deeply committed to making a difference in the lives of others. She specializes in family-based immigration, humanitarian cases, and removal defense, with a focus on reuniting families, defending against deportation, and advocating for victims of abuse and those fleeing persecution. She approaches each case with dedication, empathy, and a passion for understanding diverse communities.

Katherine (“Katie”) Hawkins is a dedicated immigration attorney based in North Texas, with a strong commitment to serving diverse communities. She graduated from Texas A&M University School of Law and was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 2018. Before pursuing a legal career, Ms. Hawkins worked as an elementary school teacher in South Louisiana, where she taught third and fourth graders. Ms. Hawkins holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Louisiana Tech University, which she utilizes to provide trauma-informed legal care. Her journey into law was inspired by witnessing a grandmother’s determined fight to protect her grandchildren and access the justice system. This experience fueled her passion to bridge the gap between the broader community and the legal world.

Benson Varghese is a Board Certified Criminal Defense lawyer and the founder and managing partner of Varghese Summersett.
