Mr. Hurley is a graduate of Indiana University Bloomington, and Ohio Northern University’s Claude Pettit College of Law, where he received B.A in History and Juris Doctorate Degrees respectively. Mr. Hurley is a member of the Indianapolis Bar Association and is admitted to practice in the Northern and Southern District Federal Courts in the state of Indiana. Mr. Hurley served as a public defender with the Marion County Public Defender Agency for 8 years and has spent the past 22 years in private practice with a special emphasis in criminal law defending commercial drivers charged with infractions and criminal cases throughout the state of Indiana. Mr. Hurley also handles other criminal felony and misdemeanor offenses such as drug possession, sexual offenses, driving under the influence, and licensing issues dealing with reinstatement and probationary licenses. Eric Krupp completed his undergraduate education at Butler University with a B.A. in Telecommunications and a minor in Business Administration. He was awarded his Juris Doctorate from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law in Indianapolis, Indiana. Upon successful completion of the bar exam in 2003, he began his legal career as a criminal defense attorney with the Marion County Public Defender Agency. For 15 years he was a zealous advocate for individuals in Marion County who were deemed to be indigent by the Courts. He represented clients accused of a misdemeanor, low level, and major felony crimes. For more than a decade he concentrated his practice at the agency in the defense of those accused of major felony drug crimes. During the last 2 years of his employment at the agency, he was the supervising attorney in the major felony drug and gun court. He tried numerous cases to both the Court and jury during his employment at the agency. Beginning in 2005, Eric also began engaging in the private practice of law, focusing on criminal defense. He has handled hundreds of matters over the years for individuals accused of traffic infractions, misdemeanors, felonies, and murder. Larry Whitham is a partner in the law firm of Whitham & Zubek, which was established in 2002. Larry has practiced law in Indianapolis for more than 40 years. Although Larry began his career working as a staff attorney in Indianapolis City government, he has spent most of his years in private practice. From 1975 until 1999 Larry was a reservist, serving as an Assistant Staff Judge Advocate in the Unites States Air Force.
