Michael E. (Mike) Robinson is an experienced litigation attorney concentrating in commercial and residential real estate, legal malpractice and client representation before professional boards. Mr. Robinson graduated from Southern Methodist University’s School of Law in 1977 and was admitted to practice law in Texas the same year. He immediately began practicing with Chancellor and Wood, local Dallas real estate specialist, where he worked until 1979. That year, he established his own firm, Robinson & Smith, then went on to form The ROBINSON Law Firm in 1987. In addition to his law practice, Mr. Robinson has more than 13 years of experience in the title business and has been in practice over 37 years. Mr. Robinson is a member of the State Bar of Texas and is board certified in residential and commercial Real Estate, one of a small percentage of attorney’s within the bar association certified in the both areas. He and his wife Suzanne, live with their family in Richardson, Texas.

Guy Holman is a bankruptcy attorney in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex, where he advocates primarily for small businesses and consumers needing to reorganize or discharge debt pursuant to the U.S. bankruptcy code. Mr. Holman graduated cum Laude from the Thurgood Marshall School of Law at Texas Southern University in 2017. While attending law school, Holman clerked for the Honorable Judge Kenneth M. Hoyt, U.S. District Court, Southern District of Texas. Also, while in law school, Holman clerked for the Honorable Judge Jeff Bohm, U.S. Bankruptcy Court, Southern District of Texas, and interned in the Property Preservation Clinic of the Earl Carl Institute for Legal & Social Policy, Inc. Additionally, Holman was awarded the Spouses of Houston Barristers Scholarship and was admitted to the American Inn of Court. Prior to becoming an attorney, Mr. Holman had a diversified business background. He began his career as a banker with BMO/Harris Bank, serving as a financial analyst and would later join Citibank as an investment consultant. Holman would go on to co-found several partnerships engaged in commercial real estate finance, acquisition, rehabilitation, and insurance brokerage. Holman is also a former brick mason and member of the International Union of Bricklayers & Allied Craftsmen. Holman is a native of Chicago and a graduate of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign where he obtained a B.A. in LAS/Finance. While in college, Holman studied abroad in Costa Rica, where he studied Spanish and “mastered” in salsa dancing.

Marcus is dedicated to helping people who have experienced financial difficulties as a result of life’s unexpected hardships. His law practice focuses on helping individuals and businesses solve their debt problems through bankruptcy. Marcus graduated from Texas Tech University School of Law (J.D., 1995) and Texas Christian University with a business degree (B.B.A., 1992). He has helped many clients get the financial and emotional fresh start they are looking for by guiding them to a successful conclusion of their bankruptcy case. Marcus is licensed to practice in the State of Texas courts and United States District Court (Northern and Eastern Districts of Texas). He is a member of the Dallas and Tarrant County bar associations. A lifelong resident of Texas, Marcus grew up in Sherman and attained the rank of Eagle Scout.
