Mr George Oles Mitchell II, Attorney

George O. Mitchell received his A.B. degree from Harvard University in 1961 and his Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Miami in 1964 where he was a member of Phi Delta Phi.  Mr. Mitchell focuses his practice on civil litigation, general liability, admiralty & maritime law, corporate law, product liability, personal injury, insurance defense and commercial litigation.  Mr. Mitchell is admitted to practice before the state and federal courts of Florida, the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth and Eleventh Circuits and the United States Supreme Court. He is a board certified Admiralty & Maritime Lawyer by the Florida Bar, and he is a Certified Mediator.  Mr. Mitchell is a member of the American Bar Association, Dade County Bar Association and a Proctor in the Maritime Law Association of the United States, and the Southeastern Admiralty Law Institute.
