Before his death, Russell Peck, Jr. worked under the tutelage of his father for over a decade. He learned from his legal expertise and experience. Joe McKenna focuses his practice upon the litigation of Worker’s Compensation claims and Social Security Disability claims. The son of a union plumber, Joe predominantly represents workers from the building trades and utility industries who have suffered serious injuries. Such injuries range from electrocution, traumatic brain injuries and heart attacks to muscular/skeletal injuries. Matthew J. Fogelman is a founding partner of Fogelman Law LLC. Mr. Fogelman’s litigation practice is focused on employment law and personal injury cases.
