The Roth Law Firm is the culmination of one story and the beginning of another. JB Roth was born in France. He moved to the United States to live the American Dream. After earning his MBA, he had a successful career in Corporate America and served as a division-level controller at a top-5 engineering and architecture company. But that is not who he was. The law, and helping his clients navigate legal waters, is who JB really is.

He earned his law degree at Hamline University School of Law in St Paul, Minnesota. Since then, he has had a successful career with a respected litigation law firm. But that, too, left him wanting. That is why JB opened the Roth Law Firm, to dedicate himself to the law and to helping people succeed by providing faultless legal services.

And thus a new story began, and it lives on with you, our clients. JB’s past has made him the ideal attorney for businesses and business-minded individuals. He puts his understanding of both the legal and business world at his client’s service in Northeast Florida and delights in his relationships with new and existing clients. He loves putting his time, skill and knowledge at their service.

The first thing clients notice about JB is that he listens. The client’s needs and objectives are paramount. As JB sees it, the function of a lawyer is to learn his client’s story, and from there, tell the world and the courts why they would prevail in the courtroom or how they will conduct their affairs under a contract.
