Jack Friedell is an estate planning and business law attorney practicing in North County San Diego. Jack's estate planning practice focuses on all aspects of estate planning including the preparation of estate planning documents including Living Trusts, Last Wills and Testaments, Durable Powers of Attorney and Advanced Health Care Directives. In addition to the preparation of comprehensive estate plans, Jack assists clients with Trust Administration and the Probate of estates throughout California.
Jack's business legal practice focuses on entity formation, buy-sell agreements, preparation and review of contracts, and all facets of business litigation.
Jack received his undergraduate business degree from Vanguard University where he graduated Magna Cum Laude and was an award winning speaker on the speech and debate team. He received his Juris Doctorate from Whittier Law School. Upon graduation he worked for firms in Orange County, California specializing in corporate defense and estate planning. In 2006, he established his office in North San Diego County to provide full service in the areas of estate planning and business law.
